Our company is able to produce and deliver on a permanent basis Oak Glued Panels in compliance with the highest quality standards.

Performance of panels: Finger-Jointed, Edge Glued

Dimensions: 

The minimum thickness of panels is 14mm.

The maximum width of panels is 1250mm.

The maximum length of edge glued panels is 3000 mm.

The maximum length of finger-jointed panels is 5000mm;

Quality, humidity, treatment:

We mainly produce A/B, A/C class panels. It is also possible for us to manufacture B/B, B/C and C/C class panels. We have a standard A, B and C class description. Before embarking upon cooperation, however, we adapt detailed quality requirements to the customer\'s expectations. During the execution of an order we comply with individual quality arrangements.
Panel humidity is 8% ± 2%

Glue conforms to D3 or D4 standards.

Panels are sanded on both sides with 100 or 120 abrasive paper, depending on customer requirements.

 In the case of quality classes allowing repairs, the panels are repaired by means of wooden plugs. Small cavities are filled.

Packing:

Oak glued panels are packed on wooden pallets. The panels are wrapped in PVC film and fastened with plastic strip. All corners and the places where the tape gets bent are secured by means of wooden lath.
